Having arrived in Qaanaaq over 25 years ago from Japan, Saki Daorana stayed and founded her family there (her husband is a hunter from Qaanaaq). She connects the deep knowledge she has developed of this region with the rest of the world, whether through her support for scientific and exploration projects or within the tourism dimension.
Her sense of belonging to North Greenland combined with her foreign origins, coming from a modern and highly “developed” country, gives her an ideal position for exchanges with the “Triades” audiences. Her participation is subject to her availability.
